Guest guest
I don't have any diseases or anything, but the only thing that helps me lose weight and keep it off is diet and exercise. I know it's very difficult to do, but just start off slow. Walk as much as you can, and do some life lifting, do it at home if you can't get to a gym. I have my mom use milk jugs or cans of food. Watch your diet, I'm sure you do since you're a diabetic. Every little thing helps And drink plenty of water. Stop eating at restaurants and try to avoid processed foods. Get a juicer. Juice EVERYTHING, veggies and fruits. I've read quite a bit on green tea. Drink it after a meal and it helps to reduce the absorption of fat. But check with your doctor first and make sure it's OK with all your meds. If you're really trying to get your health on track, you'll be able to do this for yourself and your loved ones! I am also a type 1 diabetic and have tried every single possible thing to lose weight and to rid myself of this swollen abdomen. Nothing works..absolutely nothing. I also take many meds some of which are pain meds for daily pain throughout my body which may be due to fibromaylagia. I know the old boring question on weight issues but this is more than that and I would be so very very grateful for any suggestions. I thank you in advance for any replies. Nothing works..absolutely nothing. Have you completed the FULL dental clean-up? If you have not everything you try will either fail or have limited effects. The dental clean-up is the most important part of the protocols.

Guest guest
Yes! Dental cleanup is the most important in my experience. Guest guest
If you answered yes to any of those questions then you may as well restart your attempts at getting better with the dental cleanse http://www..net/info/dental.htm It should be exciting to know that everything you've ever tried before for your health will probably work AFTER you do the dental clean-up! Read Dr 's books for more info. She will not even attempt to treat people until they have completed the dental clean-up, as she considers it bound to failure It is done on day one at the clinic. It is referenced throughout her book..... The connection runs deeper than anything you will ever learn about health care.... Guest guest
Yup, dental cleanup is the most important health promoting procedure IMO. I had my mercury fillings removed exactly 1 month ago and have had wonderful results with improved detoxification.
