Guest guest
Isabel, Read the posts " results of first colonics " and the replies to it. There are several suggestions for natural methods that work well and are non toxic. Guest guest
Hi Isabel Sometimes I think the medical profession deliberately recommends stuff to make people sicker, so they can increase their business and sell more drugs. If there were no sick people to treat they'd be forced to find honorable jobs. The most appaling is the serial poisoning of our infants with toxic additives in vaccines. But that is a different subject. So, the point of that statement is to research any substance prescribed by traditional medical doctors. you want to know of any consequences to arise from following reckless protocols. A good example of that is the routine prescribing of anti-biotics without testing the patient microscopically to see what they hope to kill off. Although antibiotics have their place, they also kill necessary and vital bacteria needed to keep the body healty, from head to toe, inside and out. If you have ever taken antibiotic, your gut may be lacking a vital bacteria for proper digestion. Or, you may just need to speed up your metabolism. (slows with age if you aren't active) The cause of chronic constipation must be learned first, so that you can stop getting it. First look would be the diet. I cannot pinpoint one particular bad or good for your unique body, but for most folks you will find culprets to be homogonized milk, cheeses, oatmeal and bananas. Insuffient water/fluid intake, lack of execise are contributing factors. Gut flora could be another possiblity, but I have no clue how to test it. I don't consider myself an authority on these subjects. My career was upholstery and video retail (currently caregiver for a blind, diabetic senior citizen) , but since my youngest was diagnosed with autism I have spent the last 9 years on the computer looking for a cure, and with that has come a wealth of information on diet and supplements. My son is doing great now, and thanks to folks that share on the internet his gut is so much better and his autism rank has gone from low function to high function, and he excels in spelling and science. Doctors could not do this for him. Their response is still " no cure " . about 10,000 kids are now cured or almost cured due to " alternatives " and " off label " treatments like chelation therapy to remove heavy metals. Chelation is approved by the FDA for removing lead only, but we've found it also removes mercury, arsenic and other metals. If they hadn't put these toxic things in the vaccines to begin with........ Like Diane says, read all responses from everybody posting information and soon you will find something that works for you. This may involve some experimenting, like trying bran cereal. Some folks recommend taking chlorella. For myself, eating boiled chicken will clean me out fast. So does chicken noodle soup. I do not currently have any illness that I know of, but after having my gallbladder removed 2 years ago with only one stone, a huge one, and I still have a large liver that feels like it is full of rocks, I am looking for the " why " since my doctors and surgeon could not answer. I suspect I may have stones in my liver, but this time being more cautious about a cleanse. I went through 2 cleanses and ended up in the ER twice, where my inflamed and distended gall bladder was judged to be " worthless " so it was removed. Take MSM (methylsulfonolmethane) I prefer the capsules. This supplement lubricates the intestinal wall and as a bonus is good for your joints. Read about it, it does a lot of good things toward body healing. It is not a laxative (unless you take too much). I've seen a little booklet called " The Miracles of MSM'' in health food stores. I was impressed. But it's faster to just put it in Google search and you can find out a lot way. I had 'roids during childbirth but they went away. Preparation H worked pretty good for acute attacks. isabel harkins <isasbeauty@...> wrote: Hello I have a problem with constipation for a wile ,and i was taking swiss kriss and so call natural laxatives, and i ended having so much constipation if i din't take the laxatives, that i have hemorrhoids and a lot of irritation,i really would like to solve the problem naturally and not with the mineral oil that the doctor give me or the milk of magnesia, can you please help me? Guest guest
For me, sea salt and coconut oil go a long way towards helping with constipation. Glyconutrients can also promote diarrhea. I want to say apple sauce might help as well, but can't quite remember if that's correct. > > Other than magnesium or high doses of Vit C, what else can I do to remove the blockage in my son? > > > > >
Guest guest
Tripala has a non-addicting laxative effect, and is believed to tonify the colon musculature. If he's badly backed up though, you might want to insert something rectally to soften his feces and prevent damage upon exit. > > Other than magnesium or high doses of Vit C, what else can I do to remove the blockage in my son? > > > > >

Guest guest
Squash worked (works) for my girl..no precise idea why - contipation is part & parcel of her " migraine " moments...Noticed that she would inhale vit E & squash during these moments, then start feeling better. I did figure out that it is the winter squashes that she wants - pumpkins, butternut & such. Refuses the summer squashes wishing you the best answers elizabeth > > Other than magnesium or high doses of Vit C, what else can I do to remove the blockage in my son? > > > > >
