Guest guest
Hi Bonnie; The flax is probably unnecessary and almost harmless. I'm not a real fan of seeds or their oils, but I use nuts and seeds myself. Whether you add anything depends on your diet and supplement regime including variance depending on any candida or bacterial overgrowth. For example, the Transfer Factor from 4Life is unsurpassed at increasing immune system viability with the glutathione increasers. If you're not taking other supps you should be; cod-liver oil, vitamin E, 1,000 to 2,000 IU vitamin D, a b-complex, etc... would be a good start, and if you had an illness with potential for glycoinutrient deficiency you might want to add aloe vera and kelp too. You may not need to start a Duncan file; a lot of my health columns and quite a few audio files of doctors discussing anti-aging with the HGH increaser SomaLife gHP are online on http://Philaero- wellness.com; the audios are in the downloads section. The HGH increase boosts immune response partly by adding weight and function to the thymus gland; this is detailed with references on my SomaLife pages: http://members.shaw.ca/SomaLife-gHP/. Then there's the other site that I just sent you to as well. Guest guest
Thank you very much for your time Duncan, I don't want to take up too much more but I just wanted to say, going down the list- I'm 63 and don't feel too bad. There are some items I have exception with and don't know why. I don't have any illness except bloodwork shows elevated Bilirubin (had Hep.A 37 years ago), Glucose not tightly controlled, so random is elevated a bit and High Sensitivity CRP (a new test) is a bit elevated almost to the limit. I have a good diet (I think), don't drink or smoke, overweight about 40 lb. My C-Reative Protein was not an issue before, so now I don't know. Because of the Intracellular Bacteria (I think) causing high 1,25 Hydroxyvitamin D, I can't tolerate B Vitamins (or maybe another reason), or Vitamin D, had high blood Calcium, so told not to take any, I'm VERY Sodium Sensitive and hate that, can't eat many foods, try to stay low Carb. Blah, blah, I could go on but you're not getting paid for this, so I'll leave it there and thank you so much. Bonnie Re: Duncan Hi Bonnie; The flax is probably unnecessary and almost harmless.
