Guest guest
Usually with a cold if I drink a full 64 oz of tomato juice at the first sign, it doesn't grab ahold. After that, it isn't quite as effective. So I take Quantum's Super Lysine Plus which contains garlic, golden seal, echinachea, zinc and VitC, then i take extra garlics and sometimes an extra zinc and C 3-4 times a day. Sometimes take oil of oregano (when I can find it.. I don't know why I always misplace that one, lost in my jungle of bottles ) I don't often get colds so this one caught me off guard. Same with my Elderberry. I have Ricolas in the candy dish but I think they have sugar, so tend to avoid those when I think i have candida. The thrush is gone but my gums are red, and bleed when brushing, which I think is spread of the candida to my mouth. I eat yogurt but not the right kind. (yeh, I shouldn't eat Yoplait!!! sugar!) I can't go to the dentist because the fool that put that huge amalgam in there is probably what has caused this gum problem (worse around that one tooth) now there's a hint right??? Dentist took one look and blames red gums on deep tarter. Bull. I have none. He did a deep clean. yup no tarter. sometimes I rinse with hydrogen peroxide, but I wonder if that kills healthy bacteria too so I quit that. I may have a vitamin B and C deficiency or unable to metabolize it from my foods. I dont eat very much. Right now taking advantage of a friend's overloaded lemon tree and juicing one or 2 a day in water. I have Twin Labs yeast fighters, but the first and only pill I took a few months ago resulted in a fever and malaise which made me weak. So didn't continue. Maybe it was working so I need to dedicate a day or week to recover if I have to go through that. My gut seems to be normal (no gas or loose stool etc) By the way, on that last filling I had told the dentist I did not want amalgam and I paid up front to have ceramic or resin put in. After he drilled out the old filling, he told me " NO, I am not putting resin or anything else in there. I am using amalgam. " . I tried protesting but outside of me tossing the tray and kicking (resulting in me going to jail then with a hole in my tooth), I was forced to go through that. He refunded my money. Can I sue him??? I have not gone back. I'm still mad. sandie55a <amhall@...> wrote: Hi , Ow, doesn't sound like you are having any kind of a good time! I would say it sounds like your friendly bacteria are taking a beating here. Are you doing a good probiotic? Yogurt with live cultures at least?? (I know, it isn't a juice, but...) That diet sounds waaay too high in natural sugars to not have some help fighting off the yeast stuff, which lovvvves sugar! I have stopped the fungus stuff cold with a good multi strain friendly bacteria mix. I just found one by nature's way that is 14 different strains with 35 billion active cultures. It is pricey but one of those first thing in the day seems to be doing the trick for me, although I tend to take a couple of PB8 (8 strains) midway thru the day, just for good measure. I found the CS worked best for external applications like athlete's foot or dandruff where it can stay on the site for a while. In the eyes and sinuses, it keeps getting rinsed out by the moisture, I found, before it can have a noticable effect. If you had the Beck magnetic pulser, it is great for whacking sinus and lung stuff be it virus, bacteria or fungus. It is almost like magic, I swear. (Helped a guy get rid of Valley fever with it!) Interesting. White cloves?? Never seen that before either! I have gotten my cloves from toolsforhealing.com who gets them from one of the Dr. focused websites. I like their cloves and black walnut hull stuff, but the wormwood seems to be too weak, like it has too many other things in it. I have found that the brand Oregon Wild Harvest has some of the best and purest wormwood for sale. I am lucky to have a SuperSupplements store in town so I buy all of those herbs from there. Not quite as cheap as on line, but quicker and still at a pretty good discount! I am currently trying the ia stuff though, which has all three in a tincture that you take a couple times a day. None of those herbs taste good, for sure, but one kinda expects that I think! I would say keep zapping but always follow up the session with some good probiotics, and that should help alot with that fungus problem; at least it has for me. Or if you aren't zapping I would do the probiotic at least twice a day until the fungus stuff gets under control. But the cold is a good indicator you are killing some parasites, for sure, probably thru detoxing! If you do want to be more proactive against the cold, I have always found echinacea purpura root and goldenseal root the best herbal defense prior to finding the Beck magnetic pulser. I would take 3 or 4 capsules of each every two or so hours (all nite long too!) with some hot tea until I stopped having any symptoms. If it was a fierce cold, I sometimes would take the herbs more often, but with that kind of intensive approach, I could usually kick a cold within 48 hours. (since I have my own small biz, being sick and hacking into lattes and mochas was *NOT* an option, believe me!) I would agree with Dr. though. Probably best to wait on the flush until you are over the cold. Anyway, gooood luck! Annette > > Thanks Annette > After 16 days on a beet/apple/pear juice diet, with a little carrot juice, I was seriously craving buttered toast. (I used canola margarine) I should have had maybe a little fat everyday to feed my body I guess. So had that before the olive oil. oooops. Well, no gall bladder to flush anymore but I am sure my liver is full of stones. (my now absent gall bladder just had one huge one). Today I bought a bottle each of wormwood herb extract and Black Walnut Hulls (fresh green alcohol free) by Gaia Herbs. I couldnt find wormwood capsules. I already have clove capsules from Swansons Online (white!?! powder). I have a cold right now so going to have to wait I think on the liver cleanse til I am well. Will be hard to tell right here in the middle of pollen season. > On top of this I think I developed candida in my sinuses. I have to spit all night (smells bad). I used some strong colloidal silver on my gums and throat but then got a thrush like infection which cleared up after putting " tooth plaque " from lower teeth on the affected area. (naturaly probiotic I can trust I guess, from my own mouth LOL) > If I should get wormwood caps instead let me know. Does the wormwood fluid taste nasty? Should I keep looking for pills and take this back? > Should I treat candida before liver cleanse? or do it all at once and keep the coroners number handy.... argggh. >
Guest guest
Hey ... I haven't tried those approaches, but I do find doing the pure herbs seems better for me, versus taking them in a grouped capsule of many things. First off, I know how much of what I am taking, versus hoping the makers put enough in, plus I probably don't need all that other stuff anyway, and secondly, I can take only one or the other if I don't need both, as I have found goldenseal root is great for bacteria (but don't do anything against a virus) and echinacea purpura (and only purpura.. haven't found augustfolia good for any virus fighting!) works great against virus, but does not a thing for bacterial infections. Neither one will touch fungal/yeast type infections though. And likewise I wouldn't take a supplement that has anything but the acidophilius/friendly bacteria in it. Like you, I find supplements with extra stuff often times don't sit with me very well, and I will get sick too. Hence I would recommend getting a probiotic that is JUST the friendly bacteria, not something with a bit of the good bacteria and a lot of other stuff that is supposed to this and that, and start taking it right away. That Nature's Way Acdophilius Optima (35billion cpu of friendly bacteria per capsule) that I mentioned, might be more what you need. I do think the only real relief you may get from this yeast stuff is using good bacteria to rebalance your system. Everything else tends to kill all bacteria (CS included) and then it just opens the door wider for the yeast. Or what sounds like a bacterial infection in your gums. You can fight it off with herbs or antibiotics, but each time you just kill more and more of the good bacteria too, making it that much easier for the bad bacteria or yeast to recolonize afterwards. If nothing else, get a bottle of the good probiotics and put a couple capsules in whatever yogurt you are eating. I think you will be amazed at how fast you can turn that yeast problem around if you get some of the good guy bacteria in there helping you! Too, you might consider exploring the Master Cleanser Lemonaide diet. It too is a liquid diet, but it seems better balanced with all the basic nutrients one needs, versus just fruit juice. You clearly have the will power it takes to do such a diet! I stayed on the Master cleanser lemonaide diet for 20 days once, and it really helped me get my diabetes under control, before I found Dr. 's stuff. You can stay on it for up to 40 days or longer and not suffer any ill effect. They have more info on that diet over on toolsforhealling.com, if you want to explore that further And man! What a hedious dentist!! Is he an idiot or what?? I don't know if you could sue but you might want to ask a good lawyer if you have a case. Some lawyers will do a free initial consult to see if your case is something they want to do, or is worth your while. Anyway, good luck! Guest guest
Thanks Annette, I got another dentist take a quick look (friend of a friend) and he thought it might be bacteria and suggested I rinse with salt water or 50/50 water/hydrogen peroxide 3%. That didn't help. Also I have been using antibacterial mouthwash (Listerine) a few times a day for years. So this is why I figured it is probably candida. (most dentists have a mindset that all peridontal inflamation is bacterial). I chewed up a few acidophilis tabs (flavored with banana flakes) and let the mush sit there on my gums for awhile and didn't brush teeth. I didn't sleep well that night, (I'm used to Listerine breath going to bed, and instead have this sticky acidophilis paste on there) but in the morning already my gums are better. So that right there tells me probiotics are needed and I'm not dealing with typical bacterial infection. I brush daily and use the mouthwash or peroxide (my bad.. sometimes to rushed to dilute it)... I may have over done it though. At this point I realize I will need to replace my toothbrush more often, unless somebody has a good idea for a soak to kill candida and bad bacteria both and make it like new again???? The all in one pill isn't really my first choice but a quick one. I literally have hundreds of bottles of herbs and when I feel that sore throat, the one with the turquoise lid stands out. Time is of the essence, treat it early to stop it. Then I have the luxury of looking for the other ones. I've taken a Sharpie marker to label the lids. that helps a lot. Liver was feeling bad yesterday so finally decided to zap it from my chest instead of the handles, I used the feet plates on front and back ribs. I was able to turn up the power a lot higher than what my arms could handle. Also Dr. mentions if you have scars, using the hand held zapper electrodes may not be effect as current cannot get past even small ones. The gall bladder scar 1.5 " long is in the middle of the path between my hands, and current may not be getting to the liver via my hands. I wonder if using the regular handles would be any good at all for anything? Anyway, I used the code for parasites (the manual said " liver, juanice.... parasites " ), then I ran stones codes. I haven't started the para herbs yet, will wait until my cough is gone. Using zapper though, seemed to me like an urgent need. Took turmeric, burdock, marshmallow root, milk thistle in the morning and today I was feeling better. sandie55a <amhall@...> wrote: Hey ...
