First and foremost, for the previous couple of days, try and stay away from

greasy foods, and it is a very good idea to zap for the previous two weeks.

When you are ready, have your last meal before 2pm (try not to even drink

after), then get things prepared.

Divide the Epsom salt capsules into four bunches and have the first bunch

with a glass of water at 6:00pm.

Swallow the second bunch of capsules at 8:00pm.

By 9:45pm you should drink a mixture of either one half cup of light olive

oil and the juice of one freshly squeezed pink grapefruit (about 1/3 of a

cup), or substitute the grapefruit juice with clear, organic apple juice,

take between 4 and 6 ornithine capsules with this mixture, and make sure

that you get to bed no later than 10:00pm.

Anytime after 6:00am take the third bunch of capsules, and the fourth bunch

two hours after.

That's it.
