Guest guest
Urine therapy and fasting for 2 o 3 days works wonders for mono if you can handle it! My son got it in the middle of finals at college. by the third day he was back to school. still felt a little tired but much better and it was gone! good luck! Guest guest
For virus I add L-Lysine, vitamin C, zinc, echinecea, golden seal, elderberry. sometimes Oil of oregano. a quart of tomato juice early on is quite helpful too. Guest guest
Dr. always says it is best to zap first and zap often, as this marshals your immune system to peak force. Try other things after you have zapped, if you must. Lyn and I believe that our very best defense against any health foe is an intact and aggressive " Super WBC " immune system. Your WBCs (white blood cells) are very well able to identify and kill viruses, and pretty well anything else that may threaten your health. Blessings!
