Hi Dear,

For sinus issues there are two things that can

create a cure, both are ancient methods.

The first is to use a neti pot for irrigation with

salt water, and or silver water that has some salt

in it. The salt is a requirement so that the tissues

do not become irritated. Go here to learn more

about the neti pot:

http://www.bytheplanet.com/Products/Yoga/neti/Netipot.htm

After the sinuses are washed out with the saline

solution, apply several drops of organic sesame

oil, or sunflower oil into each nostril with the head

tilted back. Snuff up the oil, as this is important

for the tissues to regenerate and to heal.

Neti and nasya (oil treatment) are said to be able

to cure anything from the neck up, including

sinus problems, brain tumors, eye, and ear problems,

and infections.

Dan If you don't make your own Colloidal Silver then I would suggest you

do that .. I Have two quarts on hand all the time at 7ppm to 10 ppm and I

have a small nasal sprayer that I use.. I lay on my back with the head

tilted back a bit and hold one nostril closed and Snuff as forcefully as

possible up the other nostril as I spray it with a shot of CS.. If just a

bit gets through , then that is fine as it will soon be open and you can

then spray again..

Do the other nostril as well as take a couple oz,s , by mouth ,

morning and night and soon the sinus will be under control.. A hot, wet

, washrag across the sinus and nose at the same times loosens the sinus

cavity and starts the healing as well..

At the first sign of sinus I do this and it is under control..

This will clear the sinus and not dry it up as the drugstore variety

does.. Expect a lot of drainage for a spell and it gets better after a

while.. Patience, friend..

I cleared my sinuses with the .Grossan Tip<<

You attach it to your waterpick and rinse your sinuses. To get rid of

infection I did it with colloidal silver, Works great. I posted details once

before,

should be in the archives. If you can't find it write to me and I'll search my

files for it.

Hi Dan,

You can buy XClear or XLear with Xylitol or below is a recipe to make it at

home:

1 tsp xylitol to 8 ounces of Colloidal Silver and stir till dissolved. You

may add a

few drops or 1/5 teas DMSO or MSM if available-makes it a little more

effective.  Put the solution in an old nasal spray bottle or in a Neti cup

for usage-or just lie on your back and use a dropper.

=2 possibilities:

1) Boil about 1/4-1/2 inch of water in a pot. When it comes to a boil

turn it off and immediately put 10 drops of teatree oil in, and

immediately lower your head over the pot and hold one nostril and

breathe in deeply, hold the other and breathe in deeply, then hold

each ear over it to let the steam go in.

2) I read somewhere on the net that a guy used h202 in water and

diffused it up into his sinuses. I think he did it in a tub and had

to sort of lie in a somewhat inverted position to get the solutuion

up there. However you had to use a very very mild dilution or you'd

totally burn your sinuses and i don't remember the dilution, so

research this further until you can find out more or it could be

harmful. He got rid of chronic sinus infections t hat way.

You can put a few drops of H202 35% food grade into nose spray bottle.....with

distilled water......you will do just like you would any other time, inhale the

H202 distilled water and your head and nose will drain for a long time.....have

known people that have done this for years.

Hi Dan,

If you are interested in using Dr. 's program, you could plate

zap " submaxillary sinus " , " olfactory epithelium " or " lymph +2pF " .

Any one or all of those has done the trick for me a number of times.

The easiest way is to make up some drops of whichever organ you find

through zapping clears your sinuses.

Then just take 6 drops whenever you start to get congested.

I would not want to be sniffing anything up my nose.

Spice syrup, peppermint oil, oregano oil on gums, have also helped

but not as much as zapping or drops.

See the new HIV book for more info.

Dan,

I use Oxy Nasal Wash for Dr. Donsbach. It can be found at this site:

http://www.donsbach.com/products/oxygen.htm

I could never sleep at night due to sinus congestion and this took care of

it completely. I have no financial interest in the products sold on this site.

As says, a neti pot really helps. However, there have been times when

I was so congested, a neti pot would not pour in. I bought a regular water

pik and have been using it with the regular oral tip it came with on a low

setting with very good results.

Other recommendations are to avoid mucous-forming foods, such as dairy and

refined sugar. A wheat allergy or other food allergies can also contribute

to the problem.

If you have a sinus infection, you can grind up a zinc tablet and add that

to the irrigation water. Add 1/4 tsp of salt (kosher or sea salt) per cup of

water, and make sure you do not use iodized salt, as it will irritate the

nasal membranes.

And if you still yearn for bread, etc. check out sprouted

flour. It digests as a vegetable!! The site also explains

the difference between starch and gluten intolerance.

you could try:

-- hydrogen peroxide (3%) in the ears. Lie down on one side

and fill the ear that is " up " with H202. Let it bubble for

a few minutes, then drain and switch.

--accupressure on all the points around the eyes, etc.

--I have used H202 in my nose but I don't remember now

the concentration.... it was a long time ago. 3% is too

strong for in the nose, at least I think so. Maybe more

like 1% or .5%. I think I put a bunch in my nose while

lying on my back.

--inhalation things--- steam, essential oils....ozone

bubbled through olive oil....
