I would not dispute that diet is also important in achieving a healthy, trim

body. But I would dispute that exercise is quite insignificant in the overall

picture. In fact, quite the opposite- our bodies were designed to be active on

a daily basis. Exercise provides physical strength and stamina as well as a

mental lift.

However, there is no one thing that will help us achieve our goals in health. I

have found that it is a combination of the following things:

1. Eating a predominantly raw diet rich with fresh fruits, veggies, leafy

greens, sprouts, and EFA's (essential fatty acids)

2. Daily exercise: exercise has been proven to strengthen the immune system

among it's numerous other benefits

3. Getting lots of sunshine

4. Fasting

5. Positive outlook
