Exercise provides physical strength and stamina as well as a mental lift. However, there is no one thing that will help us achieve our goals in health. I have found that it is a combination of the following things: 1. Eating a predominantly raw diet rich with fresh fruits, veggies, leafy greens, sprouts, and EFA's (essential fatty acids) 2. Daily exercise: exercise has been proven to strengthen the immune system among it's numerous other benefits 3. Getting lots of sunshine 4. Fasting 5.
