? about Lysine How much to give and when?

I have bought Twin Labs L-Lysine 500mg capsules. Is the same thing as the

Lysine that you use for viruses? How much do I give and how many times per day.

Can I give with the mito cocktail of supplements already in place? Give with

food or without?

I don't know anything about Valtrex. I eliminated viruses at my house

with vitamin C, lysine, olive leaf extract, and Virastop. Those were

very effective for my kids, and my son was very high virus child.

Yes

I started with 250mg per day and increased as required.

Be sure to give it at least 2 hours away from OLE, otherwise it is

fine to give with other stuff.
