Guest guest
, You are right there are so many supplements and it can not only be expensive but also way to many pills to take. There is a product that is listed on the LDN Research Trust site (in the UK) that a doctor put together and supposedly it has many of the needed/recommended supplements for MS (also good for those without MS). It still does not have everything and it is not very cheap, but worth looking into. When I have more time I will be picking it apart to see what is not included in my husbands regiment and order this product and offset it with the things that are not included. It will be a relief for to have less pills to take. http://www.ldnresearchtrust.org/_ldnresearch/static/recommended_supplements.asp My best Aletha [low dose naltrexone] Questions/taking my 1st LDN tonight ..
