Guest guest Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 My son is 18 months OT and still dealing with peripheral neuropathy. It seems to be worse on his right side with more tightness in his right leg and hand, the right side of his neck and his right cheek. Every thing I've read says the neuropathy caused by Vincristine should resolve 6 months after the last dose. Is anyone else dealing with long-term neuropathy? Guest guest Posted November 7, 2011 Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 I have been taking Vit B1 as 100 mg once a day, Vit B6 as 100 mg twice a day, Vit B12 as 1000 mcg once a day. With CLL, we never know what is coming at us next and much of it is addressed by our PCP. I think you should go PCP shopping. It can be applied as a cream and I know some people who drink a teaspoon everyday. For reliable information sources you may want to check out the Memorial Sloan Kettering web site. When I read the description on their website, I sensed some pseudo-science.
