Hi. I am wondering how much pain you had before deciding to have a baby.

Were you on any other meds besides the metho? I want to have another, but

have figured I can't. I have severe pain despite numerous DMARDS, narcotic

pain killers and antiinflammatoreis. I really would like to get off these

and have another. What happened to you? When you went off the metho? I take

codeien contin 150 mg three times a day plus tylenol#3. If I have this much

pain while taking these, how would I feel without them?

I know that prednisone can safely be taken while pregnant. Did you try this?

I have had cortisone injections and had NO pain or stiffness for about 3

weeks after. I felt wonderful/ so, by my thinking, I might feel pretty good

with prednisone..right? I know all about the risk and side effects. The

other thing is that I am currently on disability, so I would need to ( I

think) go back to work before getting preg. I don't know if they'd still

cover me if I went off the meds and got preg. So, my idea is to start pred,

try to get off the other meds, get back to work and get preg...am I wishfull

thinking? I wish I knew someone who was on the same drugs, with the same

amount of pain and had gone off the meds and had a baby...
