Newbie could use some help...

Hi I'm new! I've been on the CSD for a month and just 2 days ago saw

mention of the GAPS and BED diets on my lyme forum. I've printed out

the beginning diet from the files but I can't access the comparison of

the 3 diets because it's an IMG.pdf format and I don't have whatever

that is (nor do I have room on my hardrive for another program).

Also, what sort of a machine are people using to make nut butters? I

have a stone mill and a blender and I can't quite picture either of

these doing the job.
