Katy et al., I had been collecting names of people interested in this

but hadn't done anything about it, so I'm delighted that you went ahead

and started this list. It will be so helpful to compare notes. I am

eager for the holidays to be over so that we can get going on this. The

things I would love to hear about over time are: favorite recipes,

signs of improvement, and experiences with reintroduction of dairy. I

actually emailed Dr. McBride after the conference to ask a few

questions, and she advised a 4-week hiatus from all dairy, and then the

gradual reintroduction that she describes in the book. Four weeks

sounds a lot better to me than the 6 months she talked about at the

conference. The yogurt is a mainstay for us.

Looking forward to hearing stories about this.
