Guest guest
Ok, question. I bought aloe juice at Wal-Mart. My nt food allergy son had an allergic reaction which I thought was interesting. Anyway, it tastes awful, right? I put a little, ¼ cup maybe in with my orange juice, and I still don’t like it. How much to you have to take to reap the benefit of drinking it. Any ideas. I’m sure some is better than nothing though! Thanks Tammy Re: Re: OLE??/Dana Dana, thank you very much for the info! By the time I got to my email, I had already done the garlic(I ached so bad I could barely move!). Done the garlic and then in the evening a good dose of aloe vera juice(for the horrible body aches). I slept like a baby and woke up today feeling pretty good. Did a little more research on the aloe juice(due to I felt so much better) and discovered it has possibley viral/bacteria killing agents in it also! I took for the body aches and it seems to have also contributed to viral attack!! I knew it has natural pain/inflamatory relief in it, but now something new to learn more about(viral/bacteria gaurd possibly as well). We are going to use the OLE as a preventive and also seems can help with high blood pressure as well??(husband has issue with)! Is it mainly a preventitive? I have used it as preventive and as active anti-viral. > what is recommended for an adult as treatment for virus? How many a day > and about how long would it take to kill virus? Depends on if you have " resident " viruses, which it took over 2 years to eliminate those from my son. Otherwise, start with one capsule and increase as required. It should be helpful in 1-2 days. Watch for yeast overgrowth, viral die off tends to increase yeast. Guest guest
GNC has aloe vera in berry flavor and also cranberry flavor. I use the unflavored one, similiar in taste to the walmart one. 2oz or approx. 1/4 cup is about right to get the benefits of it. I just " bite the bullet " and mix it with water and drink it down as fast as I can. This is one flavor I dont know how to disguise, I have never tried the GNC flavors, I just know they have them.
