Guest guest Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 Hi, Can anybody tell me what types of side effects my son would be showing if he is having a yeast flare up. We are doing the MB12 shots (every 3 days) right now with Nystatin (3 times a day) and I have read that the shots can cause yeast to grow. My son never really had a major yeast problem so I can't spot if his current behavior is due to yeast. So far he has been great on the shots until this past weekend (we have been doing them since Dec 31). He seems to be more obsessive, more tantrums, his eyes are really dark and he is waking up in the middle of the night and having a hard time falling back asleep (he has always been a great sleeper). I also find him to be WAY MORE clumsy, he fell down our whole flight of stairs the other day and seems to be falling everywhere. Can anyone please give me some suggestions as to what I should do. We are giving him probiotics, 3 tsp of nystatin a day, and other supplements - too many to mention. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
