Hello

I don & #8217;t understand this mania some people have about

exercise and sports.

Of course it is healthy to take fresh air and go for a

nice walk when you have been cooped up a whole day in

an office or at home, but in my humble opinion sport

and exercise should only be done if you enjoy it, not

because you MUST.

I think that a housewife with kids, pets and a garden

gets enough exercise without having to go to some gym

where you have to pay for jumping up and down, get

sweaty and icky and sore muscles.

How can you expect your endorphins to get out when you

are doing something you don & #8217;t enjoy?

You & #8217;ll have understood that I & #8217;m not fond of exercise.

When you have a condition like ours I thinks strenuous

exercises are bad.

If I have a car with some parts which don & #8217;t function

too well because they are old or damaged, and I cannot

replace them, I & #8217;m not going to drive it at high speed

or change gears every two minutes. I & #8217;ll treat it

carefully and gently, taking care of the oil, break

fluid and water so it will last longer.

In our family we could say: & #8220;You are what you drive. & #8221;

My husband, in excellent health, just bought a new

Berlingo and I have a five year old, second hand

Twingo. But we both get to where we want.

So if you feel worse exercising, stop doing it.

By the way, pulling weeds bent over from the waist is

killing. If you cannot do it with a cushion under your

knees get yourself a & #8220;fisher & #8217;s stool & #8221; a little round

stool with one pointed leg which you stick in the

ground.

Wishing you all the best and don & #8217;t forget the

endorphins only wake up when you laugh or do something

you enjoy.

Greetings.

Margaretha.
