Guest guest
My two cents worth: I also had a lot of wierd injuries: for instance plantar fascitis, tennis elbow, inflamed tendons and ligaments all over the place at various times, neck pain, back pain, finger and toe and hip and knee pain. All these had fancy diagnostic names too. The bottom line for me was that it was all PA! The way I could tell was that it all cleared up on the DMARDS. It was far better than multiple surgeries, physical therapy, exercise programmes and cortisone shots- which was the path that I had been led down prior to my correct diagnosis. Yes I had all those ailments- but unlike the average person they were caused by a systemic illness, and so it made sense to treat them in a systemic way. The way the arthritis jumped around was frustrating for me too. One week it was in the right knee, and then three weeks later the bottom of both feet were excruciating. I felt totally nuts!
