Guest guest
I see a lot of people commenting on the connection between foods and arthritis. Most of the research I've seen, and my rheumie confirms, while there is some suggestion of specific diets helping some forms of arthritis, there has never been any connection established between foods and PA. I've never been able to tell any difference in symptons based on what I have eaten, unless I have allergies to a specific substance. Since strong allergic reactions are also autoimmune based, could these food connections actually be allergies (or enzyme problems like lactose intolerance) rather than a link to the PA? Any thoughts?
