Guest guest
Hi Amy, I am so sorry to hear of your problems at this time. I am glad, however, that the doctors detected the problem and are going to do something about it. It sounds like it is time for you to back off the medication and see how your body can cope with the PA. My Dad used to say"Don't borrow trouble". We are all afraid of having another bad flare, but sometimes they don't come when we expect them. Sometimes they come when we are doing everything we can to avoid them. Whatever happens, you have lots of us who know how hard it is to deal with this disease who are ready to offer all the support that we can. I'll keep you close in my thoughts and prayers and hope that things will be better soon. Allayne
Guest guest
Hi Kaushik, Welcome to Bee's group! I used to be a vegetarian and I've now been eating meat for the past 20.5 months. I know that it is a difficult change for some people. I can't imagine having to also go against religious views or have the possibility of my parents kicking me out the house. My heart goes out to you having to deal with those situations as well. Is it at all possible for you talk to your parents about the reasons why you would want to eat some meat? As a parent, I know that all parents want for their children is for them to happy and healthy. It has got to be upsetting for them to see how sick you are. I understand that Hindus refrain from eating cows, but would your parents be okay with you eating fish at all? What about chicken? Sorry if I sound ignorant to you. I'm afraid I don't know a lot about Hinduism. I suppose you could 'try' to eat enough eggs to replace all the meat you would need to eat to follow Bee's diet, but we wouldn't know how effective it would be since human bodies do require meat and fish in addition to eggs to be healthy. I wonder if you had your parents read Bee's site, if it would help to support your cause. I wish you all the best, (a group moderator) > > hi again Bee my name is kaushik > > i have been vegiterian for religous purposes there is no way i can eat meat my family would proberly kick me out? can i still do the candida diet by eating lots of eggs ?? > > thank u so much

Guest guest
Hi Kaushik, Thank you for clarifying some of your religious views for me. I'm very sorry to hear that you don't have the support of your parents. It's hard when family members don't believe how sick you are. Many of the members on the board have to deal it. You are not alone. In your situation, I would suggest you try to follow the diet as close as you can, taking eggs as your only source of protein. Let us know how you are doing. Guest guest
Hi Kaushik, You can eat Pork . It is NOT strictly forbidden in Hinduism. That is Islam . Source of info below . Hindu Restricted Foods : http://tinyurl.com/y8qzt5m Furthermore , meat is not eaten because of injury or taking of life , correct ? Therefore all life is sacred , correct ? However , plants that provide vegetables are living and when they're processed , they're no longer alive . The life of the plant is taken to sustain life and provide food , just like meat . Thus the plant is killed to sustain life . If you want to base life on emotion or sensory perception , science has also proven plants can feel and sense . Check this short video below . Link : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ntv4ZMvUSWI Moreover , plants need material ( nutrients from soil ) from the environment , water and sunlight to LIVE and grow bigger . If not they DIE . If they can DIE, logically they are ALIVE ! Therefore , to eat plants one kills or takes life ! Link to that info below . Link : http://tinyurl.com/ya2qmhv Hinduism's restriction on meat is based on the region of India one lives . South is the most strict . There is no sin in eating meat according to Hinduism . Its more based on strict upbringing of Hindu parents whom pass their religious strict beliefs to their children . Kaushik, I provided the information for you as proof that plants are alive as animals . Just because plants don't move , does not mean they aren't alive . More importantly , if you have Candida and do not provide yourself with the proper nutrients found only in meat . Chances are you will experience MORE symptoms and your Candida will progressively get worst . It could compromise your life , eventually . Thus, you may have to make a personal decision on choosing your life or religion .. Nobody has the right to decide that , but you ! Sorry , Bee has mentioned and responded to similar posts on vegetarianism , with the same answer . No disrespect to you or your parents , however , I do not believe trading one's life for religion . Thus, the information I provided you , was because I respect your life and believe it is sacred . I will not hide nor candy coat the truth to harm someone's health to satisfy anybody . Best Regards, Ed PS - As advised , do the best you can . However, consider the information , I've given .

You will still be helping yourself a great deal by just consuming enough eggs, getting high good fats I recommend, by having low-carb foods on my diet list and by eliminating toxins and damaging foods. What is your height in feet and inches and then I can advise you on how many eggs you need daily. > > Q2-high fats=cod liver oil and coconut oil is that all for my high fats, this will help heal my body? +++They will certainly help, but I can't say they will completely heal you since other fats like butter contain important nutrients every human body requires. > > Q3-i have hairloss will this be helped by my elimination of toxins, bad food and eating low carb food, diet plus suppliemts and cod liver oil+ Coconut oil and eggs will it go thick like before with dedication as i have heard at first it will go worse +++I can't promise the results you will get, since you cannot be on the complete program, but you can't go wrong doing the best you can. You will still do much better than you were doing. The best in health, Bee

Guest guest
> > my height is 5'6 inches and weight 52 kg +++Hi Kaushik. The ratios of protein to fat to carbs you want to achieve are: Protein 68 grams Carbohydrates 54 grams Fats from 169 to 237 grams & #65279; +++In order to get enough protein only from eggs you need to consume 10-11 large eggs per day. +++Do your beliefs allow eating any kind of seafoods? Do your people eat any kinds of insects? Please forgive me if I am not knowledgeable about this. > > yes i have purchased unpasturised grass fed unsalted butter im doing every single thing on your program except eating meat? i even have the cealtic ocean sea salt...u name it +++Good for you! > > will my hairloss even improve abit? if i do everything but obv i cant eat meats but i can do everything else +++I couldn't predict whether your hair loss will definitely improve, since that depends upon other factors, including the " nutritional status " you inherited from your parents.
