Any Opinions On Craftmatic Adjustable Bed?

I'm Michele Kerby, writing this for my husband, Bill. He'd write this

himself but his fingers are hurting too badly right now.

Bill has a lot of trouble finding a confortable sleeping position. Many

times he barely sleeps at all. To help with this we're considering the

purchase of a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed with some of his SSI back pay.

However, at $6,000.00 this is a major purchase and we're worried about

buying a bed without even having had the chance to try it out. He needs

something, though, and if it would help I'm willing to do it (Bill feels

guilty).

Has anyone had any experiences with this bed? Do you know anyone who has?

Any comments or advice, favorable or unfavorable, would be welcome. Thanks
