I had that problem for quite a long time a few years ago -- Then it quit! No rhyme or reason!! At the time, it seemed like they did it while sleeping on my back from pressure at the elbow area. While on my side, the pressure on the inner side of the upper arm seemed to be the culprit. Go figure. There were times, too, when my hands were the worstabout going numb. About the only change I can spot is a few pounds lost (maybe 10) and less fluid build up. The answer may be more fluids during the day and an anti-inflammatory. Splinting helped the hands. Perhaps it's due to the wandering nature of PA. ??? Patty Bacon in the cold Pineywoods of East Texas
