Hi All

Sometimes it is NOT worth having problems sorted out, because in MY

experience, they lead to MORE problems!

Yes I had my shoulder injected. Yes I am able to now move the arm, pain

free. Yes I can now throw the ball for Hermes further. Yes I can now use my

hairbrush, hair dryer correctly. Yes I can now remove my clothing pain free.

I could go on, but I think you have the picture, the arm is back to normal,

rotating in all directions, after what three years of seizing up! Damage to

date, well I slipped over in the Park last week, put my NEW found right arm

out to break my fall, almost broke my wrist! Yesterday I was playing

freezbie with Hermes, apparently it is all in the wrist action, and I

smacked my wrist off a tree! Last night I was rolling around in the bed

until 3am, felt like I was giving birth to my liver, so took a PAIN KILLER!

The pain was severe but for the life of me I could NOT figure out what the

problem was. My diet was the same, in fact apart from taking Hermes to the

beach, all was the exact same. I explained this pain to Mom who said, " Well

you know what it is? " Geee if I knew what it was, I would not be asking her,

would I!

" Yesterday you were throwing stones into the sea for Hermes and I think you

have PULLED a few muscles! "

I went through the throwing action again, ouch!

So now I can throw further than over the previous few years, I am upsetting

the stomach muscles with my new found throwing action. At this rate, I will

return for my shoulder check up appointment on a stretcher!

Love and God Bless

Gillian
