Guest guest Posted March 30, 2010 Report Share Posted March 30, 2010 Dogs are great, but if your DS has any any noise sensitivities, consider getting an older, quieter dog. My Aspie son (10) prefers cats, as they are less rowdy. We have two dogs and one cat.On the whole, pets really calm him, so I would vote yes to a pet. R.
