Guest guest
Dear Ks. Di I must admit I am unable to let a persons actions that I find offensive to roll off and go on. I am a teacher by choice, training and education. Quite simply if nothing changes, nothing works when dealing with difficult situations and people. I did show my 16 year old the comments on this group page and if I did nothing about a negative message then what message would I have sent to my daughter. Oh, sorry dear we were talking about PA and not how men can not take a hint. So, ignore that insult aimed at men and concentrate on the information at hand. Tomorrow when she goes to algebra class and a boy announces all girls were put here on earth to have babies and cook she should ignore him and ask for a clarification on the last algebra problem. Understand I am not offended when we complain or vent about our spouses. We all need and deserve that type of freedom in a family type group. This was different, this was sent to ALL MEN. My real desire is for the author of the comments to reexamine her words and attitudes and see if they need to be changed. We call this putting aside past prejudice and growing as a person. As suffers of a disease with few outward signs all of us with P and PA are hoping the general public puts aside its past prejudice and learns to understand us. But, this will only happen if people like us jump in and challenge old ways of thinking and acting. Sincerely, Dr. Dan Lake __________________________________________________
