My dermatologist has me on Zantac 150 - 300 mg a day(zantac is a type II

antihistamine; claritin, zyrtec, allegra, benadryl and the such are type I

antihistamines) and it seems to keep the redness out and the scales down.

Which isn't saying much, but any little bit of help is worth taking something

as mild as this...
