know how much it means. And, to you, , thanks also.....I don't know

why, but it helps to know we're not alone in this battle. So, your site

Hi Everyone,

This will be an interesting study!

We will see how I get on having

given up back in April following my

Heart Attack and Quadruple By-Pass !!

For those interested. I am progressing

quite well. At this early stage, I have

increased my walking to 5 miles a day.

I do Gym work and Cycle, and to be

honest, I feel 20 years younger!!

The operation seems to have 'toned'

down my PA, and AS. Maybe it is a

short term 'thing', but we will see !!

I quit smoking in January but I still can't seem to do anything.
