We will see how I get on having given up back in April following my Heart Attack and Quadruple By-Pass !! For those interested. I am progressing quite well. At this early stage, I have increased my walking to 5 miles a day. I do Gym work and Cycle, and to be honest, I feel 20 years younger!! The operation seems to have 'toned' down my PA, and AS. I quit smoking in January but I still can't seem to do anything. but I am extremely happy for you.
