This book said to drink the oil, not take capsules, because they don't

break down at the right stage of digestion to do the most good. I'm glad

you like it. Every night I keep telling myself, " I will soon love the taste

of this! "

Gee whiz, Ks Ki, I *like* the taste of Cod Liver Oil. :-) I even

liked it as a kid when my mom put it in my oatmeal - Yummy! I also

like Spanish Mackerel and most oily fish. These days though, I buy

codliver Oil in soft Gelcaps from GNC. I wasn't even aware you could

still get it in a bottle as a liquid. I'll have to ask next time I'm

there.
