Guest guest Posted November 13, 2010 Report Share Posted November 13, 2010 Hi my daughter who is 9 started on Concerta 36mg a month ago. After she started she got sick three days later and fever by the following day she was fine again and we continued with meds. No other problems for 3 weeks. Then we went back to doctor and she decided it should be raised due to focusing issues still at school and home. She started 56mg on Wed. with no problems til Thursday night when she complained of stomach pains. Friday she was okay with a slight fever and then she starts feeling bad toward dinner time and starts vomiting. She finally slept at like 10pm last night. She still has a fever today so I didn't give any meds to her. My question is anyone else have this issue with Concerta? My doctor said it was not med related but it seems like it is to me since she was fine up until I switched the dosage. Any insight would be great.
