Hi Everyone,

i am new to life lift..I did body flex on and off for a couple years. I got

discouraged cuz I lost so llittle. I definitely was a slow looser. I have

tried life lift 2 times already and it seems easier. However, I still do not

get that vacuum..I never did with bf either.

I just can't seem to get it right.. any tips? I bet if I did it better, I'd

Which tape would you recommend that I get in addition to the first one? I'd

like a tape with just the exercises on it so that I can do a routine...I like

most of the ones on the first tape..especially the ones to stregthen the

knees..I just had physical therapy for the knee so I think these exercises

will help.(btw, the problem with the knee was wear under the knee cap. ) It

was caused by the knee cap being out of alignment (I think because of weak

muscles). By strenthening the muscles, it is suppose to help. It does seeem

stronger as I can go up 4 flights of stairs at work without it hurting

Thanks,

Sara: I realize I should have said " check with your state " because it's not

a government thing....every state has different programs and

requirements.......but when was first born, we DID apply for everything

and was turned down because of TOTAL household income.....then, after I got a

caseworker assigned to , she would then update me and let me know any

changes or new developments...if it weren't for her, I would've never known

that the law had changed and that Medicaid would now be available for

under a different clause....HIS income, not ours!

But, you're right, unfortunately, not every state has the same programs, and

true, there are waiting lists, but the years go by fast......my three years

flew by and now we've been receiving benefits for almost a year!

I tell Leah to keep calling and trying every nook and cranny till the door

opens somewhere..........

Take care,

Norelco made one and also Sunbeam. As well as AMP Corp. Try looking on the

'Net under travel equipment because they are sold to people who travel often.

The little travel stores at AAA also have them sometimes. There also is a rod

with a rubber bottom and a spring that can be jammed against a door to keep it

from being opened. I like the alarms better because nothing impedes the door

opening. It just alarms. Also, I show ours to Elie and deliberately set it off

AT HOME before we travel. He hates the noise and won't open the door because he

knows it will make a noise.

<<Do you sell these devices?>>

No I don't sell them but I have a zapper from Don Croft and a Sota unit. I

can give you more links if you need them.

Joe

Hi, I read his from the List and would like to know about the Don Croft

(tried to find info from the Web but couldn't) Last week I purchased a

zapper and feel much worse after using it for 3 days, have many problems with

my head (vasculitis migraines, meniegers dizziness to name a few and all

these are worse after using the zapper. Earlier someone mentioned using the

Don Croft zapper by putting it in a sock and wearing it all day long. I am

totally confused, my zapper has two copper handles which you hold in either

hand for 7 min. sessions. Could you please give me more information about

the Don Croft. Would like to purchase the Blood Electrification machine.

Thanks for any info or suggestion.

How long did you use the zapper? It sounds like you are experiencing a

detox reaction which would indicate that you should start off a little

slower.

<<Could you please give me more information about

Here's the link for the Don Croft Zapper which is not the same as the Bob

Beck bloodelectrification unit. He says his zapper is manufactured

according to Dr. Hulda 's circuit. The difference is: " although Dr.

recommends holding copper-pipe electrodes in the hands during three

cycles of 7 minutes on, 20 minutes off, I noticed long ago that if one simply

puts the electrodes anywhere securely against the body for an hour, exactly

the same results are obtained. " ......His unit has two pennies instead of the

copper-pipe electrodes.

I have used 2 of Don Croft's units, one with the crystal, and one with the

crystal + orgone generator.

The most noticeable effect was relaxation of muscles that didn't usually relax.

With the orgone unit, there was a feeling of mild euphoria.

It's been several months since I last contacted him; his e-mail address was:
