I understand that FDA approval for PA is sometime away, but for me, the cost is worth it and I will hang in as long as I can. I can't use any other systemic drugs - I've had my years on MTX and on cyclosporine, but other conditions preclude their use. Hopefully the FDA will catch on soon! I look forward to learning from all of you. Ilena P.S. Immunex does have a reimbursement program but as I understand it, they also require that you have RA, and no insurance coverage.
