Guest guest
Alisa, I have the VAERS reports as of September 1999. If you feel it should have been filed prior to that, I would be happy to try to locate it. Dr. Asa is currently only testing the blood of people who are suffering adverse reactions, or have become very ill. If this applies to you, contact me personally and I will get you the necessary information for having your blood tested. Coffee enemas would help you, and the lemon and ocean sea salt drink. Also do dry skin brushing, take epsom salt baths, and take chlorella or liquid chlorophyll as recommended in my article. Also Pau D'Arco tea - 4 cups per day would be good for you. > i noticed as well that the whole left side of my body suffers more > than the right, e.g purple colouring darker under left eye, exma worse > on left leg, cramp only in left leg and dryer skin on tips of fingers > on left hand. very strange, any suggestions? ==>Are you getting enough magnesium (along with calcium of course), and also cod liver oil - check out the Essential Supplements list in my main article. > > i read that it could indicate kidney weakness, do u think i am > overburdening my system with toxins and should i withhold the > antifungals until after the birth? ==>Candida does overburden your body with toxins but you should probably just do the diet for awhile - some people must be on the diet 3-6 months before starting on antifungals. What I've suggested above will help your kidneys a lot. > > also i want to breast feed, does anyone know if candidiasis toxins > will go into the breast milk?> i haven't had thrush, so am hoping babies birth through the canal wont > be a problem, but could this illness have effected baby in some other > way? ==>More than likely your baby will have candida, even if you do not have thrush, but if you treat the baby right away he/she be okay. Candida overgrowth is passed on to the baby. Candida toxins would go into breast milk but don't let that stop you from breastfeeding. But like I said it is probably better if you stay on the diet much longer at this time, without adding strong antifungals. Dearest Joanne. I understand how you feel but pregnancy in and of itself can cause candida so don't feel too bad. I know a woman who recently had a baby and was shocked that her baby had thrush and cradle cap and she had vaginal yeast, even after being on a great diet for over 2 years. But it is good to be resolved not to have sugars and high carbs, but don't beat yourself up if you slip - take lots of vitamin C. The best, Bee P.S. Bee always recommends that " more is not better " . Of course you need to be able to manage your life and if pushing yourself compromises what you can do, then you should cut back. Making the side affects of this diet bearable is still going to keep you on the road to making progress. As long as you're doing the diet, taking the appropriate supplements, etc. pertaining to where you are in the process, you'll be doing right for yourself. > > another question, if i make a curry with a base of tomatoes, onion > garlic and ginger and it is cooked for about 40 minutes does this > mean it loses all its beneficial properties? crushed garlic is much more effective when it is raw. Guest guest
Mairead, welcome to the group. Yes, lactose-free milk is a viable option; it's available at supermarkets. Milk is more than good food; some of the fats and complex sugars in it directly suppress many pathogenic organisms. You can drink normal milk with the lactose in it as your bowel ecology is corrected a bit; if you had reacted to lactose you won't as the bowel ecology is corrected. UNdenatured whey is pretty low lactose depending on whose brand it is. The whey is curative in the extreme and should be part of the foundation of your health program, so try to use it. Yogurt is OK with the same warning on lactose but you may have to allow it a couple more days initially to ferment out the balance of the sugar even if you start with a sugar-free one. Beware of the sugar- and starch-added and stirred-fruit yogurts. The amount of carbs should be obvious by the calories and the disclosure of starch or sugar on the label; some are very high. Alcohol itself is OK because it's already a waste product of candida and many other organisms, and they don't use their own waste products. Most mix and beer, stout, porters and most wine contains too much sugar. Have a very dry wine or something alcohol with sugar-free soda or water. Small amounts have been well tolerated; dunno about binging, anyone try binging and have something to report? As you use the inulin for awhile you'll be able to get a little sloppier with the strict carb-restricted diet because there will be a larger population of good bacteria in the intestine to control pathogens and yeast. Bet a lot of people wanted to read THAT By the way anyone can write me privately and I'll respond in kind. Guest guest
As for the alcohol... I believe it's contraindicated if glutathione levels are low. Alcohol metabolism requires glutathione. Glutathione helps clear alcohol from the body and if you're trying to replenish glutathione I would steer clear of alcohol. Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> wrote: Mairead, welcome to the group. I'm wondering - I used to panic if I didn't have milk in the house LOL, but since being on the diet 8 mo and drinking nothing much but water I don't think about milk much anymore. I wouldn't mind having some again since I'm at a point where I'm starting to introduce some foods back into my diet. Though I used to drink milk at every meal, the biggest use I had for milk was on my cereal and I'm not ready to add any grains back yet. The other was my peanut butter sandwiches - I will never eat peanut butter again, but I do sometimes eat almond butter. But no breads yet, so now I can't think what I'd use milk with. > > As you use the inulin for awhile you'll be able to get a little > sloppier with the strict carb-restricted diet because there will be a > larger population of good bacteria in the intestine to control > pathogens and yeast. Guest guest
True that alcohol or any toxin will need some glutathione to process. Actually, free radicals require glutathione and other antioxidants as well. In Crohn's, colitis, and other bowel irritations, this key antioxidant and detoxifier can be completely depleted in injured sites on the bowel lining, a condition that accounts for a lot of, probably most of, the damage incurred during bowel disorders. This is a condition we can address directly by increasing glutathione with undenatured whey and selenium. I wouldn't want to suggest that we should leave or hold glutathione low during a health program because it's so crucial for many reasons, some of which we've covered on-list; a lot of people who use undenatured whey and selenium as a core part of the program will be fine with alcohol. The amount of glutathione you'll make is as dose- related as the social drinking and candida that uses it I think that small amounts of alcohol are OK for even those who choose to take the long way home and not keep up their glutathione levels. Guest guest
Sleep any way you'd like. It it hurts, you'l lchange position. I was always a stomach sleeper. I found right after surgery that I could sleep on my side witha pillow under my belly for support so it didn't feel like the incisions were " pulling " as my belly flopped to the side to rest on the mattress. I am now about 2 years and about 90 pounds lighter. I still have the belly that flops onto the mattress when I lie on my side, but it is way smaller and mostly skin. Got to take care of that someday..... As son as I could take vitamins (I forgot when that became part of the regimine..stage 2 maybe??) I added 1 fish oil capsule and one hair-skin-nails vitamin 3 times a day. The fish oil did wonderful things for my face which looked aged and sunken. It also put enough oil inside that my skin didn't get as dry and itchy. I say results in just 3 days! I never had any issue about hair loss. Congratulations being on the other side! As for the zinc, I started about six months out, as I noticed I was starting to lose some hair. I notice it, but nobody else does. I tried chelated zinc but it made my tummy VERY unhappy. Somebody here on this list described zinc sulphate and that did the trick. helps my hair and no tummy upset. Guest guest
Hi , I buy fresh pork side. It's just the same cut of pork as bacon, but with nothing else added. Also, I find it hard to get the amount of fat I need in most dishes. The only dish I have found so far which is good in this area are shortribs. Does anyone have any good meat selections which are high in fat? Also, in a tiring effort to find bacon without sugar or nitrates I bought porkbelly. This is not like bacon at all. How do you all ask for your bacon - I might be able to negotiate directly with the farm for something.

This was waaay to much protein. (also I had to guess how many oz of beef I was consuming - I had no idea). This makes it hard because you have to catch up on your fat and the only way I know how to do that is by eating coconut oil. ==>, don't be overly concerned if your protein intake is a bit high; you can go 10% over, and some people do okay when it is higher. It is better to eat protein than to eat carbs in any case. 58% of protein and 10% of fat are turned into glucose inside the body. When you are able to increase your fats you will probably naturally eat less protein. > Also, I find it hard to get the amount of fat I need in most dishes. How do > you all ask for your bacon - I might be able to negotiate directly > with the farm for something. ==>It is easier to get more fats by adding them to meats and veggies after they are cooked; slatter on the butter, which improves the taste, or pour oil used during cooking over foods. Also it is easier to get more fats if you have Bee's Raw Egg Drink for breakfast: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe167.php ==>I found it difficult to find good bacon too. Fortunately when I moved here my health store carries bacon that is nitrate and sulphite free, and it is also not smoked (which creates nitrates) and is sugar- free. ==>Pork is highest in fat, so pork roasts, chops, etc. are very good to eat. > > Also, it seems that I will be on this diet for about another 2 1/2 > years. yet i'm 33 to be 34 in august and want to have kids. should I just trust that my body will get pregnant if it is physically healthy enough to do so and if so avoid the antifungals that are not acceptable? or should we be avoiding pregnancy as we are now. ==>It is very important to hold off on getting pregnant until you are healthy, because babies inherit their parent's " nutritional status " upon conception, per Dr. Weston A. Price. Your baby inherits a poor immune system if either parent has a malfunctioning immune system. And it will be very hard on your baby to be conceived before curing candida, since your baby will also have it. You and your husband's health will be a much more important factor than age. > > Lastly, I have a hard time distinguishing die-off. I feel relatively good,(except for now where I have swollen glands and body aches -whether this is die off or just a bug becuase my immune is suppressed is hard to say). Some of the symptoms that people write in about are much more severe than mine. Perhaps because I have never been a processed food person - have eaten organics for 7 years?? I am unsure. On the flip side maybe I just have not had severe die off yet. ==>Bugs are created within the body itself to clean up the body. It's like the analogy of the manure pile and the flies, with the manure pile representing the poor condition of the body. Flies do not cause the manure pile. Therefore, you cannot get rid of the flies by simply killing them off. You have to get rid of the manure pile. It isn't necessary to get B12 shots, chelation, or other drugs when you follow my program. The meats and eggs on this program contain the only way to get natural B12, and the high fats program naturally chelates out all heavy metals, along with cleansing the entire body of toxins, etc. > > I am worried about my liver, it is notmal but I have gallbladder > congestion and pain sometimes in this area with nausea. > I wonder if somebody can recover with such treatment forever or it > will be again for a short time only? +++If you've had such pains before, and also nausea your body will " retrace " them during natural healing. +++In order to maintain life-long health you need to provide your body with " proper nutrients " following the basic principles of this program. > > I also would like to know if somebody have briuses on esophagus > after eating hard food or it is only my problem from esophagitis? > > Another question: If drinking of Sodium Bicarb can cause irritation > of esophagus bc it is salt anyway. Every aspect of what she is trying to do to you is already covered by Bee's amazing program. You get all the B's not just B-12 in isolation on Bee's program. You will chelate naturally by increasing your good fats to their proper ratio. You will bring down the colonies of yeast by eating coocnut oil in it's therapeutic dose of 6T a day once you work up to it, then you will add in another anti-fungal (garlic or oregano) which will help even more, instead of taking toxic Diflucan. Plus you will be nourishing your body with the coconut oil. You won't need to pay to have your liver monitored because you won't be taking a toxic poison into your body. You will be nourishing your body and helping your immune system reset itself. Nowhere in what your doc is recommending do I see any nourishment of your body. She is just bombarding your system with toxic stuff that won't cure you at all. And how much money will all this cost you on top of damaging your health? Why don't you try Bee's program for 3 months? That should give you enough time to be fully on it (supps, diet, natural anti-fungals and everything) for at least a month's time, maybe more and then YOU can evaluate whether your health issues are being addressed? She said you can kill candida with supplements and Nystatin only in intestines not outside it.Only Duflican can kill it in organs like heart, brain. etc. She probably think depression and arrithmia are the symptoms of systhemic infection. And my problem that I can take antifungal on daily basus bc it is increase reflux, belching, burning. Your program helped me a lot. According to my test I don`t have any deficiencies in vitamins or minerals now. But she said everybody who have gasritis for a long time have low vitamin B 12. So she advised to make shots with it. I though probably I can try drug again bc my reflux is not going away. I have it every night even if I sit up and take antacid at bed time. The pain in esophagus is scary and limit my movements.
Guest guest
> > Dear Bee, > I understand that this doctor think I have systhemic candida bc I have > too much symptoms mental not only physical. +++Systemic candida is rare, and if you had it you'd be in " intensive care " in the hospital. It's the toxins candida produces that do damage throughout the body. I knew a lady who had brain lesions caused by the toxins; she did the program for 2 years and there were no more brain lesions. > She said you can kill candida with supplements and Nystatin only in intestines not outside it. Only Duflican can kill it in organs like heart, brain. etc. +++Candida is not cured by " killing it off. " It doesnt work that way. The only way to cure candida is by building up the immune system with " proper nutrients " and eliminating toxins. Diflucan is poisonous and very toxic to the liver. Natural antifungals do not cause any damage and are not toxic. > She probably think depression and arrithmia are the symptoms of > systhemic infection. Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, > > 1) Since starting the Electrolyte drinks (I haven't been having 6 a day, more like 3 a day) I have had nasty hives that are so itchy I can't sleep. They cover entirely my breasts, my mid back, my shoulders on my back and the back of my neck?!?!?!? I knew I had a severe reaction to citrus, so I was just avoiding it. I understand this is a skin reaction to toxins trying to get out of my body, but how long can I expect this to happen? Will it continue to happen until my digestion improves? I lather in coconut oil and have epsom salt baths, but it doesn't really help. It is always here, but the itchiness intensity changes. Most times I cannot sleep due to the >itchiness. some people find they are extremely sensitive to the lemon juice and it's best to avoid using it. You can get your recommended amounts of sea salt into your diet by adding it to foods instead of taking the electrolyte drink. I don't think the hives will happen all the time. Natural healing is an " up and down " process and it's hard to predict how it will go. To help ease the itchiness you can make a paste of baking soda and water and put onto your hives. > > 2) My lips go through this cycle of burning, red, then peeling like crazy and then it starts all over again. someone in the group was talking aobut peeling lips just recently. Perhaps they will chime in on this. As well, you can search past posts at our group website. Just use the " search " box near the top of the message list. > We went to a friend's house for dinner last night, and bless her heart, she really tried to create a meal that worked for us on this diet (meat and veggies). Unfortunately she served maple sausages and a salad with a dressing of balsalmic vinegar. I came home and now my lips are burning like crazy and I can't sleep!! It is due directly from the sugar in the maple sausages? Are these symptoms going to flare up when I have something to feed the Candida? I haven't been > " cheating " until this week when we were " stuck " at this meal. now that you've been on the diet a little while you may notice that you are becoming more and more sensitive to things that are off the program. Die-off symptoms and symptoms of Candida overgrowth are very similar so it's sometimes hard to discern the difference. Your body is doing it's best to heal. That's why you can often notice a symptom flare up so quickly after a " cheat " . > > 3) Can we have herbal teas if they have a fruit in them at all? Or should we avoid these completely? > it's best to avoid them. jackie

Like Jackie wrote some people are more sensitive to lemons, so they need to stay off them for awhile - that's mainly because of the fructose/sugar in them even though it is very low in lemons. +++Your hives are mainly caused by histamines the immune system produces in order to get rid of toxins. So ensure you are taking the recommended amount of vitamin C, which will help - see this article to understand about histamines: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat14.php > > 3) Can we have herbal teas if they have a fruit in them at all? Or should we avoid these completely? +++No, do not have teas that have fruit in them at all. Also go easy on herbal teas since most are diuretic which causes the body to get rid of water along with important minerals.
