20 mg metho and inneffective

I'd like to ask if anyone else on the list has ever reached the dosage stage

I'm at (20 mgs.) and had the same non-reaction. I knew I wasn't getting much

weekly pain relief from the MTX and I think what happened today sort of

proves it. I also take 1 mg of folic acid 6 days a week.

I'd appreciate any other stories of MTX ineffectiveness to take to my Doc

next week. Thanks, Jim

Haven't posted on this letter for a long time, but I'm still here for any

who remember me.I have been receiving 20 mg metho for 2 + yrs with little

results. I honestly don't know why I've been kept on it, but now am glad . I

was able to be admitted into the remicade trial since I am on metho. Here,

in order to be in the trial you must have been taking, and still are taking,

metho. I have been on remicade since january with great results. I also have

taken lots of other meds while on metho. I stopped the gold when starting

remicade and was able to get myself off the prednisone and codeine contin

tabs on my own.
