Almond meal soaking

Hi all i am wondering about hte almond meal and soaking. Does it work

well even though it ground up already? Does it produce a soggier

recipe? I have been assuming to use almond meal in the recipes i would

need to soak and dehydrate first. But thought maybe some of you have

been soaking their almond meal and could let me know what you have

learned in doing this.

What would i grind up the almonds with after dehydrating if i buy them

whole and make my own meal? Also any idea what type of almond is best?
