Guest guest
I also have four children ages 9, 8, 5, and 3. I home school then and try to run an on-line business too. I am one very busy woman and can completely relate to your situation. I have struggled with when to get my workout in for years. What actually worked best for me when learning the breath was to make stick drawings of the positions on 3 x 5 cards so it was a visual reminder of what position I was going to do next. Then I taped it to the wall just about eye level. I then did the workout without the tape because the kids were using the VCR to keep them busy so I could do a work out. :-) ~Karma<(©¿©)> http://loaves-n-fishes.com how how are you supposed to do the breathing exercise. I have 4 children so it is hard to block everything out of my head.http://themail.com/ref.htm?ref=1227417 *** This free e-mail service pays money for messages that are read! Guest guest
> > How can you tell whether your symptoms are caused by something you > just ate, or by food moving into a damaged portion of your intestine > as a result of eating? ==>Hi Spencer. If you eat what's on my diet you won't have to question whether something you are eating is causing problems. But also healing reactions are not allergic reactions, so reactions you get from foods on my diet can be healing reactions. See the Allergies Folder to understand more. ==>If you eat the amount of good nature-made fats in ratio to proteins and carbs on my program they heal, soothe and strengthen the intestines. If you think you have damaged intestines increase your nature-made fats, and eat very little fibrous veggies. Since the lining of the intestines is regenerated every 4 days it won't take long to heal. The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
, Please don't be too hard on yourself. I have similar trouble with my 9 yr old AS dtr and it is soooo hard to keep calm. At about the 10-12 min mark I am at my wits end and am yelling myself. I have no idea what the future holds, but the child psychiatrist told me that as she matures and we find alternative ways to manage her frustration things should get better. I try to talk about what we could have done differently when she has calmed down. If the behavior was more than a mild meltdown there is a consequence as well. I don't notice a difference, but the grandparents who see her less often are noticing an improvement. All that said, my heart goes out to you having to deal with this in public. You are donig the best you can and remember that at the end of the day they know we love them. Best wishes, Becky
