JUDY, WRITE TO GILLIAN roweg@... SHE IS THE ONE THAT GOT ME STARTED ON EPO. SHE HAS ALL THE INFORMATION STORED IN HER HEAD. BELIEVE ME IT DOES WORK. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 MONTHS FOR IT TO KICK IN, BUT WHEN IT DID...BOY HOWDY...THERE WAS A DEFINITE DIFFERENCE IN MY QUALITY OF LIFE.

WE BOUGHT A FIRM PILLOW TOP MATTERESS LAST YEAR AND IT SLEEPS LIKE A DREAM....IT IS SO COMFORTABLE. I WAS SO THRILLED TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WOULD EASE MY PAIN IN MY JOINTS WHEN I SLEPT.

HOPE THIS HELPS...GILLIAN IS YOUR ANSWER PERSON FOR EPO. GIVE HER A NOTE.

Hi, hope everyone is ready for a good 2001. I amdetermined to make it a good one :-)I am currently on 15 mg of injectable mtx (hasnt givenany relief yet after 12 weeks :-< ) but am alsotaking 3-4 motrin a day for the chest pain I amexperiencing. I have posted this before and have foundsome relief through the use of heating pads. Myquestion is is it ok to take 3-5 motrin's a day? Itseems I cant get through the day without it. I think Iam going to ask my Doc when I go in Jan for some addedhelp. I cant stand the thought of adding more drugsthough. Also does anyone have any recommendations formattresses that provide relief for sleep? I would liketo get a new mattress but want it to be comfy for mybetter half as well (hubby) Someone told me once thatit might be covered under insurance as well, anythoughts?Lastly, I have been hearing a lot about EPO and waswondering if someone could give me a quick down anddirty on the supplement? I am hesitant to try newherbs with all of the warnings out there. As always thanks and happy new year to allJudy in ca__________________________________________________
