coping with pain

I am new at this chat thing so bear with me...I have had psoriasis

since 1976. With in the last 5 years my arthritis has gotten much

worse. My right foot now has sausage toes and the pain is so bad at

times it makes it hard to walk. The toes are beginning to turn

towards the outside of the foot. If anyone has the same problem...how

on earth does one cope or even find shoes that do not kill your feet.

I am also beginning to have trouble with my left hand. I am getting

knobby knuckles on the thumb,index finger, and the one next to it.

Again what is the best way to keep these fingers limber and less

painful. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the information;;;;I'll get me some woolie socks and try them. Keep feeding me information that you have. I'm not sure I understand you, Are you in Ireland the land of the Green Green hills, shamrocks and blarney stone?

I have a few people to add to your list for that suit of yours...let me know when you're ready for them...HA!.
