I do my thighs, but now that I am up to three shots a week, I am running out of places! I am such a chicken that I am afraid to do the tummy (what a baby I am!). I'd appreciate any responses on this. Thanks! Take care, D in MN -------------- Depending on if you have stretch marks and where the needle goes in around the belly button it can be painless or hurt because of feeling the prick. Think of it this way.. You walk with your legs so the legs are more muscular. Around the bellybutton gives you more " excuse me " fat to play with in picking an injection site. You can hold the needle sideways to go into the belly where the thigh you try to go in more parallel to the leg. Easier to handle and easier pickins.
