Ali,

<<Also, does anyone have any special keyboard or mouse which makes things

easier at the PC?>>

I also work on a computer all day, both keyboard and a mouse. There are some

special keyboards out there for people with wrist problems. The ones I've used

are split up into two areas with half the keys on the left and half on the

right. The keys are angled away from each other and is a little more

comfortable. It does take some getting use to. Also try wearing a sports

brace. Of course make sure your keyboard and chair are at the proper heights.

My RA was happy to find out that my job didn't include a lot of physical

demands, so with you being at a desk job your already well on the way to coping

with PA. Keep your chin up.

I do too. Read some ergonomic material on keyboarding and follow their

recommendations. I haven't tried one of those new keyboards yet. I don't

know if I couldn change my hand position after so many years. Yhey seem

affordable at Costco though.
