Now, I don't say this out loud, but, I think it. And often I thnk about whether or not it's that time of the month again. It often is with some people. I also know that women seem to call in sick way more often than men, in my opinion. My husband has only called in sick a few times in his life. And when he did, it's because he was so sick he couldn't move. All of the women at his office call in once or twice a month compared to the men at maybe once or twice a year. From the experiences within 5 buildings in the large district - it is usually the mother who ends up taking her sick days more frequently than the father even if they both are employees there. Probably a hold over from the culture we all grew up in (and continue - recall those " Dr. Mom " commercials) Just my 2 cents.
