This is what I would do. I would view eliminating the aloe vera

from my diet as the goal, weaning off of it as quickly as possible as

other healing in the gut occurs.

In the chapter on feeding dificulties, Dr NCB talks about using foods

that are not allowed on the GAPS diet as treats in order to transition

children to good foods, then weaning off of them as soon as possible.
