Parent survey on Effectiveness of CAM for Treatment of Autism

I am a graduate student in Communication Disorders at North Carolina Central

University. As part of my master thesis project I am collecting data to study

the effectiveness of various treatments for symptoms of autism. I have

constructed an online survey which is accessible via a web link enclosed below.

I am asking for input from parents and care givers of children with autism to

assess the effectiveness of complementary and alternative treatment methods

(CAM). The survey is anonymous and only takes a few minutes.
