Guest guest
Hi Roy I want to ask if any one else has any suggestions as to alternatives to use for pain management. I also use a tens machine< In my opinion there are many alternatives for pain, including your TENs Machine. Tell me do you have adjustable wavelengths on your TENs machine? Well you can always stand in a warm hot shower and allow the water to beat down your back, only do not do this in Hospital as they think you have a Behavioural problem. A frozen packet of peas wrapped in a towel and applied to the painful area, or a hot pack. Depending on if you are a cold or hot person. Massage can be helpful, along with aspirin band aids, infa red lamp, evening primrose oil, and laughing. Go on, get down to that video store and hire out " The Marx Brothers! " Love and God Bless Gillian
