Guest guest
Just my two cents, but I would wait atleast 4 - 5 days before introducing anything else. That way you will be able to tell what he can tolerate with enzymes alone. Good Luck and way to go!! busterboymusic <johnandleah@...> wrote: Tell me about it. I had to return to work full time this year (1st time in 6 years) and I am dying with all the cooking!! We were able to keep up better when I was part-time, but I'm just exhausted now. I really hope and pray the enzymes can help us eat some less " high maintenance " foods. Although, I agree...we have learned a lot about healthy eating in the last year and a half. As for the experiment...we went a little crazy. Over the course of the day he had wafers, spaghetti, a few crackers, and vanilla ice cream as well as his usually SCD foods. 1Pep/1ZP at each meal/snack. So far, so good. He pooped last night and twice today. All was well. Also no negative behaviors and sleep is still good. I'm in complete shock. I've been waiting for melt down or blow out or something! I want to sing for joy, but am just so reserved about what might happen. We're going to continue with a few infractions a day and just see. I'll keep the updates coming:) > > My son has been on SCD for 4 months after two years of GF/CF with > lots of gains.
