Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the group. I found you here http://www.enzymestuff.com/ because I was searching to see if enzymes only apply to dairy? My 2 1/2 y/o son has an allergy to dairy, nuts, seeds(mostly sunflower and sesame, no fruits), and under the Van DeKamps English Muffin ingredients it lists 'enzymes' as an ingredient w/NO other prefix. And at the end in bold lettering, it only says 'CONTAINS: WHEAT AND SOY' and nothing about DAIRY. So, I just assumed the enzyme referred to something else. ANyways, he now has a rash and I'm assuming it has to be the muffin he had at breakfast today. Thank you for any help. -Robyn
