Guest guest
We haven't retested yet, so I can't say as afr as that goes. But we started Custom Probiotic Autism Blend...it is a rediculously high count probiotic. I have seen major control over all three kids' yeast issues. We've had a flare up once since on them, and it was so easy to get back under control. Usually if something isn't " moving " when trying different treatments, it means something is blocking the change from happening. You might want to investigate another area of treatment that might be keeping the yeast from being treated effectively
Guest guest
> My 9yo son's labs from Doctors Data just arrived and I am confused. He did a round of flagyl for clostridia (3+ on January report). He did well on it, but about five days later seemed to be regressing. Instead of another round of flagyl (that stuff scares me), I dialed in Sacc B to address clostridia. He seemed to improve so I thought we were doing well. Just ran another Comp test from Doctors Data and clostridia is still 3+ and Sacc B is a 4+ in the dysbiotic column. Haven't talked with the doc yet, but does anyone have any experience with this? Also has alpha hemo strep 4+, but he is a PANDAS boy and that one doesn't seem to get any better, even with antibiotics. Four times my #4 had strep. The first three times, the ped gave her Zithromax, but the strep kept coming back. So the fourth time, I did not take her to the ped, I just gave her OLE. The strep went away and did not come back. >>AntiDnase titers did come down from 1600 last year to 480 this year, so prophylactic antibiotics seem to be helping. We tried OLE but did not have any luck previously, phenols most likely. Try giving it with No-Fenol enzyme, see if that helps. Dana
Guest guest
I dialed in Sacc B to address clostridia. I haven't heard that sacc b was good for clostridia? I have read that Cultrelle(L.GG) was good, L.Plantrum was better and L.Salviaous was the best all of which do work in the small intestines. When I treat clostridia I add some bifidum strainst as the compete with closdiria for food in the large intestines, closdridia feed on lactose.
