Guest guest
>My son's handwriting has always been difficult to decipher. Until he started Concerta a month ago. After just 2 days, the letters were well formed, all the same size and easier to read. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself. I don't know why it worked that way, but I am happy about it. PS. He never lets me help him with homework or writing practice. He gets very defensive. > > This is true. I have had bad experiences in trying to get help for handwriting issues from school OT's as well. I finally went and bought " Handwriting without Tears " which I wish I had done in the beginning. > > > > Roxanna > > " The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing. It's also well known that he struggles with handwriting. The Kindergarten teacher seem oblivious, even after being given a copy of the eval and I specifically mentioned it to her while handing over the eval. > Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that this should be taught and corrected in Kindergarten. > > Thanks, > Kristy >
