Guest guest
Hello all, I'm very glad to be here. I have a 12 yo dd diagnosed with ADD/ODD, and a 15 yo ds, who is dyslexic/dysgraphic, has anxiety and was diagnosed with PANDAS about 4 years ago. Both of my kids tested copper- toxic through hair analysis. Both my husband and I are not copper- toxic. Does anyone know what causes this, and what's the best way to chelate? Our alternative dr. was surprised to see their results and says it's some kind of anomaly. Her only recommendation is liver flushes. My son did one, and does not want to do anymore. My daughter won't even try. What else can I try? I've read that ALA might help. We do not have copper pipes, and I do not cook with any copper. And I'm wondering exactly how to interpret the hair analysis. Does high copper in the hair mean the body is getting *rid* of too much, or does it mean there's too much in the body at all times. Thank you for any help. Y.
