Thanks for replies to my earlier posts. My internet connection goes

down for days at a time. I live in a rural part of New Zealand--they

pride themselves on their modern internet technology :-)

I'm feeling pretty isolated and overwhelmed. I'm trying to find the

various supplements recommended to me, but I'm new to this and am

having trouble here.

Buffered V.C -- the pharmacist doesn't know what I mean by buffered.

They have a formula with 2000mg VC (calcium ascorbate, sodium

ascorbate, and ascorbic acid) to 250mg bioflavonoids (bioflavonoid

complex, hesperidin, quercetin, and rutin). Aren't I looking for

something that has calcium or magnesium added to it? They didn't have

anything like that, so what's the next best choice?

Zinc -- they have zinc methionine in oral drops. Is this what I should

get? How about just getting back to eating shellfish (have been

vegetarian for years)?

Adrenal Cortex -- absolute blank stare (they even checked in their

computers). Does this go by some other name?

Mercury-free EFA complex -- another strike out. Pharmacist hadn't

heard anything about mercury in fish. They don't carry the recommended

" Health From the Sun " products, but they do have fish oil that's been

distilled. Is this still any good--seems like the EFAs would be

damaged after such high heating?

Sorry for the basic questions. Can anyone give me a link to research

this basic supplement stuff?

Thanks, Keeping the Faith
