Guest guest
When die off happens you can feel like you have the stomach flu so that is probably what he is experiencing. Try to get him to sip water all day long to stay hydrated. This will help flush out his system. If you can get him to soak in a bath with epsom salts that may make him feel better too and will help get the toxins out. Good luck!On Nov 8, 2010, at 8:04 PM, thelongsfarm wrote: O.K. we officially started today, after reading all of that I can absorb on the different websites. We have had my homemade beef stock (nourishing traditions recipe), some boiled chicken and finishing off some of the probiotics we already had. I am working on some chicken broth right now, for a soup tomorrow. And I have also started my first batch of fermented veggies. He was looking weak in the eyes, and quite tired by afternoon. But, he said after drinking the warm beef broth he felt nauseated. Didn't throw up but felt as if he would. So he didn't have nay more of it the rest of the day. Just one serving at breakfast. I am wondering what the nausea means? Is it a die off symptom? I hope I am not asking too many questions. I want to do this right. I do not have my books yet and it was a long time ago that I read GAPS. I have the books on order and some of the probiotic and some Green Pastures Cod Liver Oil. Anything else that I must get now? Thank you to all of you for your help. Jan
